The most colorful and exciting day for Iliganons falls every 27-29th of September. This celebration is in honor of its Patron, St. Michael the Archangel. The festival is a showcase of a rich heritage of diverse Ethnic cultures and Hispanic influences.
This is a yearly celebrated festival, where the city is beautifully decorated. During this season, the city is crowded with people from all walks of life from all over the Philippines. It is also during this season that tourists from all over the world come to Iligan City to experience the Kasadya festival.
